Each of the 5 data tables is included below in a separate ACT!2000 database. Each ACT! database may be used as a standalone database or may be imported into another ACT! database.

Database Files:
Each ACT! database is contained in a separate folder that includes all 23 files required by ACT!. Since ACT! cannot open read-only files any ACT! database folder must be copied to your PC before the database can be opened by ACT!. After copying an ACT! database folder you must change the properties of the copied files so they are not read-only. If you are using Windows, right-click on the copied folder, select properties, uncheck the "read-only" attribute checkbox, click the OK button, select the "Apply changes to this folder, subfolder, and files" radio button, and click the OK button.
